心理学博士，安省注册心理学家，安省注册心理治疗师。加拿大心理学会会员，中美精神分析联盟成员。

鲍博士是华人中唯一一位同时获得安省注册心理学家和注册心理治疗师牌照的专业人员，其执业资质可在注册心理学家官网（www.cpo.on.ca）和注册心理治疗师官网（www.crpo.ca）上查询。

鲍博士从事心理学行业十余载，先后在上海华东师范大学心理健康中心、同济大学心理咨询中心、林紫咨询机构、中智德慧咨询、好人生咨询等机构担任资深心理咨询师和心理治疗师，曾任上海高校心理咨询协会副秘书长，常务理事，上海萨提亚研究与发展中心创办人之一，负责萨提亚模式家庭治疗培训及培训导师。鲍博士参加的培训包括：精神分析中德班、中美精神分析联盟动力性治疗三年培训、John Banmen和Maria Gomori的萨提亚模式家庭治疗师培训、叙事治疗、短程聚焦治疗、认知行为治疗，现在加拿大多伦多接受Dr.Paul Wong的督导，系统地学习意义中心治疗(Meaning Centered Therapy)。

鲍博士执业至今已经累计超过5000个小时的临床咨询和治疗经验，帮助过成百上千个来访者走出心理阴霾，重新找回自信和笑容。 

Glenn has over 40 years experience in school and educational psychology with all ages. He is competent working with autism, developmental delays, ADHD, depression and anxiety, learning disabilities, giftedness, post secondary assessments, vocational assessments and ODSP. He has experience working at high school, elementary, community college and university teaching in Britain, Jamaica, Manitoba and Toronto. He provides assessments for CAS, group homes, vocational agencies. He also taught, mentored and administered orientation programmes for international psych, social work graduates.

He was elected to governing council of regulatory body (College of Psychologists of Ontario) served on complaints and discipline committees. He was the union president for professional association of psych, speech and social workers. 

He serves on community agency boards, SEAC, rotary club and involves in charities and activities in India, China and Philippines.
